Zolfo Cooper and Eight Advisory, two leading international independent providers of corporate advisory and restructuring services, have today announced an affiliation agreement to further extend their international presence within Europe and beyond.

The two firms provide a wide range of corporate advisory and restructuring services and assist stakeholders in solving their financial, strategic and operational problems in situations spanning the local mid-market right through to the most complex of cross border cases. Zolfo Cooper and Eight Advisory share a number of core restructuring and advisory skills and additionally each also brings new specialisms to the relationship.
